You can find your units of electricity (usually kilowatt hours kWh) and gas usage (usually megajoules - MJ) on your home energy bills. If your gas bill is quoted in units or kWh, you should multiply this figure by 3.6 to express it in MJ.
Make sure you choose the right billing period and include the total amount, not the average daily amount.
